1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

- Incorrect product was delivered
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The return request is made within the eligible return period
Products must be returned with:

- Invoice or proof of purchase
- Accessories and supplied materials
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-made or special-order items
- Clearance or discounted products
- Broken items damaged after delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Partial boxes of tiles or opened materials
3. Damaged or Wrong Products
Customers are requested to inspect all products during delivery.
If you receive:
- Damaged items
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong products
please contact Salman Group immediately with:
- Order details
- Photos/videos of the issue
- Invoice copy
Claims reported after installation may not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe
- Refunds may be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer
- Shipping or transportation charges may be non-refundable unless the error was from our side
Salman Group reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after inspection.
5. Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged based on:
- Product availability
- Condition of returned items
- Verification by our support team
Price differences for exchanged products must be paid by the customer where applicable.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch or processing.
Custom orders, bulk orders, or specially arranged materials may not be eligible for cancellation.
Any cancellation charges, transportation costs, or handling fees may be deducted where applicable.
7. Important Notes for Tiles & Sanitary Products
Due to the nature of tiles, sanitary ware, and fittings:
- Shade variations may occur between batches
- Slight size or texture differences are considered industry standards
- Natural finish variations are not treated as defects
Customers are advised to confirm quantities, sizes, and designs before installation.
